O-Wacky Tool

The O-Wacky tool is designed for wacky fishing. Insert lure into tool.
Roll O-ring down over tool and on to lure at desired location. Remove lure. Insert the hook between o-ring and soft plastic. You are now ready to fish Wacky style.
